🔨 We're Hiring: Mining Supervisor

📍 Location - Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mining Supervisor to oversee and manage daily stone-cutting operations at our mining site in Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate should come with a strong background in the mining or stone/granite excavation industry and should be capable of efficiently handling workers and on-ground operations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily activities of stone-cutting workers at the mining site

 Ensure safe and efficient excavation and cutting of stones

 Allocate manpower and assign tasks based on daily operational needs

 Inspect tools, machinery, and safety equipment and ensure proper usage

 Monitor quality and size of cut stones as per specifications

 Maintain work progress reports and submit daily updates to management

 Ensure compliance with mining regulations, health & safety standards

 Handle worker discipline, attendance, and productivity tracking

Candidate Requirements:

 4–5 years of experience in mining or granite/stone cutting operations

 Strong leadership and team-handling skills

 Familiarity with mining tools, cutting machinery, and safety protocols

 Ability to work in remote and outdoor environments

 Preference will be given to candidates from the mining/granite industry
