Job Description

10,000+ entrepreneurs

own the full-funnel ad strategy

Research & strategize winning ad creatives for different programs (masterclass, ERP, hiring course)
Set up, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns for performance (leads/sales)
Monitor CPLs, ROAS, CTRs, and other key metrics daily
Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages
Track and report conversions using UTM, Pixel, and offline events (WATI, TagMango, etc.)
Work closely with our content team and coach to refine hooks and messaging
Suggest new ad angles and funnel improvements regularly

You’re a Good Fit If:

You’ve run
high-ROI campaigns for coaching/education/e-comm/service brands
You understand the
Indian SME audience
and know how to speak their language
You know how to work with
Meta Ads Manager, UTM tracking, Google Sheets, and retargeting

Bonus if you have:

Experience with
WhatsApp automation tools (like WATI/Pabbly)
Worked on ad creatives (basic Canva or briefing designers)
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, TagMango, Instamojo

We need you to be able to commute to our office in Tilak Nagar, Jaipur every day. Please only apply if you are comfortable with the commute.
