About the Role:

Psychology Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Call or WhatsApp participants post-masterclass (leads will be provided)
• Understand their emotional and relationship challenges
• Use basic counselling tools to help them gain clarity and confidence
• Recommend appropriate program pathways (e.g., Clarity Call, ERP Level 1)
• Share participant feedback and emotional insights with the coaching team

Who Should Apply?

• You are trained in psychology, counselling, or coaching (freshers with certification are welcome)
• You love speaking to people on the phone or video calls
• You are emotionally grounded and a good listener
• You speak fluent Hindi and English (Hinglish fluency is a bonus!)
• You love helping people and guiding them — without sounding pushy
• You understand family, business, and emotional relationship challenges

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience in guidance counselling
• Worked with entrepreneurs, homemakers, or Indian families
• Exposure to coaching models like NLP, CBT, TA, etc.
