Innovation and Accuracy: Innovate and implement new medical writing techniques in healthcare communication. Develop a portfolio of impactful healthcare content projects. Drive the success of healthcare campaigns through accurate and engaging content. Team Collaboration: Guide junior medical writers in enhancing their skills and understanding of healthcare regulations. Foster a collaborative and content-focused culture within the medical writing department. Represent the medical writing department in client interactions. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure medical content adheres to healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards. Collaborate with the regulatory team to address any compliance-related concerns. Qualifications: Background in medicine (MBBS or equivalent) with at least 5 years of work experience, with a focus on medical writing. Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance.
