Job Title: Medical Representative – Field Marketing Location: Chittoor & Surrounding Areas Experience Required: 1 to 5 Years Job Type: Full-time Industry: Pharmaceuticals / Healthcare Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative to join our field marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel within the assigned territory. Candidates residing in and around Chittoor will be given first preference. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals. Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to generate prescriptions and sales. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Implement marketing strategies to increase product awareness and market share. Organize and participate in medical conferences, CMEs, and other promotional events. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Keep up-to-date with the latest clinical data and market trends. Submit daily and weekly activity reports to the Area Manager. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred). 1 to 5 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and marketing practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).
