Roles and Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for patient care, medical services, and hospital administration. Manage budgets, resources allocation, and financial planning to ensure efficient use of funds. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork among staff members. Ensure compliance with NABH standards and maintain high-quality healthcare services. Desired Candidate Profile 10-15 years of experience in hospital management or related field (medical superintendent role preferred). MBBS degree from an Indian institute followed by MD/MSc/MBA/PGDM in Hospital Administration or relevant specialization. Strong understanding of clinical administration, medication administration, medical operations, patient care principles. Excellent communication skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
