Job Title: Media Buyer – Meta & Google Ads
Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Job Description:
The Wellness Shop is looking for a result-driven Media Buyer with hands-on experience in managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and execute performance-based ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms

· Define campaign goals, target audiences, and budget allocations

· Manage ad creation, placements, and audience targeting

· Collaborate with creative teams to develop effective ad copies and visuals

· Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Business Manager

· Optimize campaigns for metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates

· Ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and timelines

· Provide regular campaign performance reports and insights to stakeholders

· Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

· Coordinate with internal teams including designers, content creators, and marketing analysts

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Proven experience in running paid ad campaigns on Facebook/Instagram and Google

· Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics

· Understanding of conversion tracking, pixel installation, and funnel optimization

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

· Ability to conduct A/B testing and campaign experiments

· Good communication and teamwork skills

· Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
