Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Service Engineer located in Ahmedabad. The Mechanical Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of tube mills and allied machinery. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support to customers, performing field service visits, and ensuring machinery operates at optimal efficiency. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing and resolving technical issues.

Qualifications

Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills
Experience in Field Service and Technical Support
Strong Communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant certification or diploma in mechanical engineering or a related field
Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
