Mechanical Engineer

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering and development team at our Pune facility. This is a mid-level, on-site position where you will be involved in the design, development, and optimization of mechanical systems and components for industrial and commercial applications. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop mechanical parts, products, and systems using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, etc.). Perform engineering analysis including stress, thermal, and tolerance analysis. Collaborate with product development, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure product feasibility and functionality. Create detailed engineering drawings, technical specifications, and Bill of Materials (BOMs). Participate in prototype development, assembly trials, and product testing. Identify design problems and provide innovative engineering solutions. Assist with vendor development and evaluate manufacturing processes for cost and efficiency. Ensure compliance with relevant mechanical and safety standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Ability to read and understand designs and schematics Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
