Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate ideas effectively. Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies across digital and offline channels

Plan and execute campaigns to promote products/services and increase brand awareness

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to ensure cohesive messaging

Monitor and report on campaign performance using marketing analytics tools

Create compelling content for websites, social media, emails, and other marketing materials

Coordinate with vendors and agencies to execute promotional activities

Support event planning, trade shows, and product launches

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: MBA in Marketing or a related field (mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a marketing role

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital tools, and customer behavior

Ability to think creatively and strategically

Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, etc.)
