Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.

Manage and scale monthly budgets exceeding 1L across platforms.

A/B test creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve CPL and CAC.

Collaborate with design/content teams to ensure high-converting assets.

Email & WhatsApp Remarketing

Develop and execute customer journeys via email and WhatsApp (e.g., nurture, retargeting, abandonment, reactivation).

Build segmented lists based on behavior, location, interests, and funnel stage.Work with tools like Marketing Cloud or similar for automation and tracking.Ensure compliance with opt-in regulations and delivery KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversion).

Analytics & Reporting

Own performance dashboards and campaign reporting across all channels.Monitor cohort performance, channel ROI, and retention metrics.

Recommend data-backed improvements and experiments.

Collaboration

Work closely with admissions, content, design and CRM teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Sync with on-ground teams to bridge offline and online journeys, especially for location-based campaigns.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

4-6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and lifecycle/remarketing campaigns.

Proven track record of handling 1L+ monthly budgets on Email & WhatsApp.

Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp APIs, and Email tools like Mailchimp/WebEngage.

Strong understanding of user funnels, CRM segmentation, and lead nurturing.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Prior experience in EdTech, Early Learning, or multi-location brands is a plus.
