Marketing Cum Research Associate

Cian Vision Technologies (P) Limited Job Title: Marketing / HR/ Research Associate We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Marketing/HR/Research Associate to support our team in various capacities. This role will assist in marketing initiatives, administrative tasks, HR-related activities, and research projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing: a. Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies. b. Manage social media accounts and create engaging content. c. Update company services information and register the company on various websites. d. Track the progress of the various projects / bids of the company. e. Communicate and fulfil client queries. 2. Human Resources: a. Assist with researching, assessing, coordinating and finalising of freelancers / consultants / employees needed to execute the company’s projects / requirements. b. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of consultants / recruits. c. Maintain freelancers / consultants / employee records and databases. d. Support HR-related projects and initiatives. 3. Research: a. Conduct research on various projects requirements b. Organise, Structure, save and present the information / reports / data collected from all research assignments and insights. c. Prepare necessary documents and presentations as and when needed. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. 2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, administration, HR, or research. 3. Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with social media management and content creation. Research, Analytical and problem-solving skills. Work Environment: 1. Industry: Business Consultancy and Advisory company. 2. Company Culture: Our company values teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction. 3. Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Salary and Benefits: 1. Salary Range: ₹24,000 - ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience). 2. Additional performance based incentives for right candidates.
