Job Summary: This role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. The key responsibilities will include the following Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and marketing objectives. Identify opportunities for leveraging marketing automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Provide expert advice on selecting the most suitable B2B marketing automation platform. Gather business requirements, design process & solution for implementation of marketing automation platforms in B2B environment leveraging tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing CRM, Marketo, Pardot Serve as CRM solution consultant and design lead nurturing workflows, email marketing campaigns, and automated customer engagement programs Work as a BA or Lead the implementation and configuration of B2B marketing automation platforms, such as MS Dynamics 365, Marketo, Pardot Create and execute targeted email campaigns, drip sequences and monitor campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and pipeline impact Develop documentation and training materials to support ongoing platform usage and skill development. Develop knowledge of prevailing trends, financials, and operating drivers across multiple industry segments. Aside from client delivery, the selected candidate will also drive business development efforts.
