Marketing Associate

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive marketing associate to join our enterprise team. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a "get things done" attitude, excellent coordination skills, and a strong sense of ownership. As a marketing associate, you will be responsible for end-to-end marketing of active employer campaigns from planning and strategy to execution and performance tracking. This is a high-impact role where you will be the driving force behind campaign visibility and engagement, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across Internshala to ensure flawless execution.

Key responsibilities:

1. Own and drive the marketing strategy for all active campaigns across platforms.

2. Identify the right channels, audience segments, and messaging to maximize visibility and participation.

3. Monitor campaign performance and optimize activities based on results and feedback.

4. Collaborate closely with content, design, and platform marketing teams to get marketing collaterals (emails, notifications, banners, social media content) created and deployed on time.

5. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and outcomes.

6. Track execution and ensure timely delivery of all campaign-related communication.

7. Track and report key marketing metrics for each campaign.

8. Use performance insights to suggest improvements in campaign strategies.

Other requirements

1. 1–2 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or a similar role (preferably in a fast-paced/startup environment).

2. A creative and data-driven mindset.

3. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

4. Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
