Marketing Analyst Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Analyst/Marketing Manager at our company in Kollam, Kerala, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing data, conducting market research, and developing brand strategies. With a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a BTech with an MBA in Marketing preferred, you should have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar data-focused role, particularly in the EdTech or online education sector. Your key responsibilities will include collecting, cleaning, and analyzing marketing data from various sources such as Google Analytics, CRM, ad platforms, and social media. You will conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies to identify trends and opportunities. Developing and maintaining comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key marketing KPIs across all channels will also be part of your role. You will define, articulate, and evolve our brand positioning, identifying differentiation opportunities and audience perceptions. Leading the conceptualization, planning, and execution of integrated brand campaigns across digital channels will be crucial for this position. Monitoring organic search performance, identifying ranking opportunities, and providing data-backed recommendations for SEO improvements will also be essential. Your expertise in web analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI will be valuable. Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms, SEO tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs, as well as a basic understanding of SQL, will further enhance your capabilities in this role.
