Job Description

Role Overview: We’re looking for a curious, analytical intern to join our Growth & Customer Insights team. The role will involve interacting with select customer cohorts to uncover behavioral trends, motivations, and drop-off reasons, enabling data-backed decisions across marketing, sales, and product teams.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Conduct structured interviews and interactions with past leads and customers across various cohorts
Identify behavioral patterns, pain points, and key decision-making factors
Consolidate findings into actionable insights and share with cross-functional teams
Collaborate with the growth and product teams to experiment on insights gathered
Assist in building customer personas and journey maps
Contribute to strategic discussions on how to improve conversion and engagement
