About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Manager/Sr. Manager–Client Servicing. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of building strong client relationships, driving growth, and delivering high-impact corporate event solutions. The ideal candidate will come with deep experience in corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:

·     Possesses strong presentation skills with the ability to conceptualize ideas and bring them to life through impactful visual storytelling and well-structured decks.

·     Managing key corporate accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless execution of campaigns and events.

·     Be the face of the organization for clients—manage communications, expectations, and service excellence.

·     Strategize, conceptualize, and present innovative event solutions tailored to client objectives.

·     Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, including conferences, product launches, internal engagement programs, and leadership off-sites.

·     Work closely with internal teams—creative, production, and business development—to ensure timely and quality delivery.

·     Manage and mentor a team of servicing professionals, driving performance and collaboration.

·     Prepare and manage budgets, timelines, and event KPIs with complete accountability.

·     Constantly scout for growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to overall business expansion.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·     3–5 years of client servicing experience in the corporate events or experiential marketing industry.

·     Proven ability to manage large-scale events and high-value clients.

·     Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·     Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

·     Ability to lead teams, manage high-pressure situations, and deliver consistently.

·     An eye for creativity and a passion for curating memorable experiences.

·     Graduate or post-graduate degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
