JOB PURPOSE - Finished goods Material planning from Vendors and distribution to Warehouse. MAJOR ACTIVITIES - Gather demand data, safety stocks, stock reports, SKU list Source detail etc., synthesize this information and work out complete material planning. Purchase orders need to be sent to source plants and subsequently ensure material despatch and delivery to Kohler warehouse as per need. Safety stocks ROL Max. calculations Distribution Planning among different RDC Maintaining Info record and other Master data Publishing MIS Preparing Stock coverage reports Review demand supply gap from all plants (Kohler Vendors) and plan counter-action plans for better adherence to supply schedules Preparing Goods In-Transit report Compiling LOTIF reports and work to improve LOTIF To ensure Vendor Payment on time by Timely Hand over of Documents to Finance. Support Schemes and new product launches Daily review of SKU level stock levels despatches from plants and plan needed actions for better availability. KEY INTERACTIONS- Internal ( Kohler plants, Finance , Marketing , Sourcing Supply Chain on Regular Basis) External ( Vendors on regular basis) EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS - Engineering Graduate or MBA (premier B-School) 6 Yrs. minimum Experience in Planning
