Job Title: Program Manager - Corporate Technology Function

Reports to: Director - Corporate Technology

Location: Mumbai / Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

The Program Manager will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the technology leadership team, providing critical support in driving the technology functions strategy, operations, and stakeholder management. This role will be responsible for ensuring alignment across teams, driving cross-functional collaboration, and facilitating the achievement of technology services goals. Ideal candidate will have exposure to tech- projects with excellent communication skills, and experience in program management, strategy formulation, and stakeholder management.

One of the most important role would be to liaise between CEO-MD desk and Cross functional teams to provide update on strategic initiatives and or raise red flags in terms of any mis-alignment with targeted goal
