A problem-solving mindset, self-starter attitude, and understanding of core concepts in retail finance are required skills. Desired skills include working experience in collaboration with analytics and QA teams, hands-on experience with tools like cypress.io, Appium, LambdaTest, or playwright, and knowledge of mobile apps development or mobile analytics validation. A strong understanding of online consumer privacy and consent management, as well as experience with project management tools like Jira or Workfront, are also beneficial. The ideal candidate will hold a BS or MS in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field with 2 to 5 years of hands-on Analytics experience. Alternatively, individuals with 4 to 7 years of experience in the field are also eligible. The work timings for this role are between 06:00 AM Eastern Time to 11:30 AM Eastern Time, with flexibility in the remaining hours for the employee to choose.
