Job Description

As a data-driven and process-oriented Partner Marketing Operations & Analytics leader at Freshworks, you will play a key role in enabling the operational backbone of our partner marketing engine. Your focus will be on driving scale, accountability, and actionable insights across global partner programs to ensure high-impact go-to-market collaborations with strategic partners, resellers, and alliances. Your responsibilities will include: Marketing Operations: - Building and managing scalable partner marketing processes, systems, and workflows. - Ensuring seamless project management of co-marketing programs through automation and templates. - Collaborating with channel sales, finance, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment on partner programs and operations. Analytics & Reporting: - Owning end-to-end analytics for partner marketing and tracking performance metrics such as campaigns, ROI of MDF investments, pipeline influence, and partner-sourced metrics. - Creating and maintaining dashboards to measure program effectiveness, attribution, and funnel conversions by region and business segment. - Presenting actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders across marketing, partnerships, and sales. Budget & Compliance: - Managing partner marketing budgets, co-op/MDF allocation, usage tracking, and reporting. - Ensuring data integrity, partner compliance, and accurate documentation of activities for internal and external audits. Tech Stack Ownership: - Acting as the power user for marketing tools such as Allbound, PMC, Power BI, Marketo, Salesforce, and other MDF platforms. - Driving enhancements and integrations to support scale and improve the partner experience. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Working closely with regional marketing, partner enablement, and operations teams to align metrics and drive consistency. - Supporting partner communications with insights, success stories, program outcomes, effectiveness, and reporting deliverables. Qualifications: - 8-10 years of experience in marketing operations, partner/channel marketing, or marketing analytics roles. - Strong analytical background with fluency in CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot), and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI). - Demonstrated experience supporting or scaling partner programs and understanding of MDF/co-marketing execution. - Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights. - Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in B2B SaaS, technology, or partner ecosystem environments is a plus.
