We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Legal & Compliance to lead legal, contractual, compliance, and regulatory functions across multiple geographies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working cross-functionally with diverse teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing & negotiating global contracts
Overseeing compliance, governance, and regulatory frameworks
Managing litigation and offering strategic legal advice
Collaborating with internal departments to streamline legal processes
Implementing legal systems & tools for enhanced efficiency
What we're looking for:*
7 - 12 years of legal experience (preferably in manufacturing or sales-driven setups)
Strong background in contract management & regulatory compliance
Experience in both litigation & Non litigation
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Comfort with legal tech and a collaborative mindset
