Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Manager - HR - Housing - Business HR based out of Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in HR and business development, with a strong background in housing finance. Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support business growth.
Manage and analyze HR data to inform business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job
Proven experience in HR and business development, preferably in housing finance.
Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Experience with HR software and systems.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
A graduate or postgraduate degree is required.
