We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist who can own the Talent Acquisition lifecycle (80%) while contributing to core HR operations (20%) including onboarding, employee engagement, and vendor/stakeholder management. Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition (80%)

    • Lead end-to-end recruitment for lateral and leadership roles across departments.
    • Drive sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networking, and vendor partnerships.
    • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements and align hiring goals.
    • Manage candidate experience, offer negotiation, and onboarding processes seamlessly.
    • Collaborate with external vendors and recruitment partners for niche hiring needs.
  • HR Operations & Engagement (20%)

    • Support onboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a culture of belonging.
    • Manage HR dashboards, reports, and documentation for compliance and analysis.
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to address HR queries and resolve concerns.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment vendors and internal business leaders.
    • Monitor SLAs and performance of partners to ensure quality hiring outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR with a strong focus on

    Talent Acquisition

    .
  • Proven experience in

    lateral hiring

    and

    leadership hiring

    across multiple domains.
  • Exposure to

    HR operations

    , onboarding, employee engagement activities, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior leaders and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
