Manager - Digital Marketing

You will be working as a Manager in Digital Marketing at Medpark Hospital, Mohali, a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering high-quality, affordable healthcare services with a focus on innovation and excellence. As a Deputy Manager in Digital Marketing, your primary role will involve leading performance marketing efforts, particularly optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive lead generation for the hospital group. You will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation strategies, maximizing conversions and ROI, and ensuring alignment with the hospital's business goals and KPIs. Your key responsibilities will include conducting data analysis to identify trends and insights, creating detailed reports and dashboards to monitor campaign performance metrics, continuously testing and optimizing ad copy and landing pages, and preparing comprehensive campaign performance reports for stakeholders. To qualify for this role, you should have a Diploma/Bachelors degree in Digital Marketing or a related field, a minimum of 3-8 years of experience in performance marketing with a B2C background preferred, proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, strong analytical skills, experience in managing lead generation campaigns, and proficiency in spreadsheet programs like MS Excel.
