Role and Purpose of the position
You will be responsible for driving sales and business development for the business of Certification, Training, Inspection & Testing services in North India.
You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by effectively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and converting leads into satisfied customers.
Your responsibilities will encompass client interactions, lead generation, revenue conversion, and collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Your ability to communicate effectively, understand client requirements, and build strong relationships will be pivotal in achieving departmental goals.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Achieve monthly revenue targets in the certification, training business
2. Be able to introduce new products viz ESG, Cyber Security, new business trainings in the appropriate markets
3. Be able to drive new sales by having cold calls, B2B business meetings in the sectors and markets which are key to the success in this role
4. Be able to build new partners and associates in Delhi NCR
5. Engage with existing clients and work upon key accounts
Qualifications and Skills:
We need minimum 2-5 years experience in Sales preferably in direct Sales, TIC Industry, EdTech sales, Insurance and or Healthcare.
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the TIC, training or relevant industry.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
5. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
