▪ Plan and execute creative online and offline buzz campaigns targeted at Gen Z
▪ Work directly with the Founding Executive President for ideation and approvals
▪ Build and manage student ambassador networks
▪ Encourage user-generated content and drive organic community buzz
▪ Track and act on real-time trends, festivals, pop culture, and youth conversations
▪ Use influencer collaborations, meme marketing, and guerrilla tactics for high-impact visibility
▪ Drive brand presence at youth events, campuses, and hangout zones
▪ Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution
▪ Track buzz performance metrics and engagement
▪ Share insights and feedback regularly with leadership
▪ Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or Public Relations preferred
▪ 5–6 years in buzz marketing, brand activations, youth outreach, or content-driven roles
▪ Background in journalism, media, or content startups is a plus
▪ Experience in higher education or youth brands will be an advantage
▪ Strong creative instincts and trend-spotting ability
▪ Hands-on executor, confident communicator
▪ Self-driven, agile, and deeply connected to Gen Z culture
▪ Comfortable working directly with senior leadership
Full-time, 6-day work week. Flexibility required to support weekend events when necessary
