Role Highlights

• Directly support the MD/Founder on daily business priorities
• Drive follow-ups, cross-department tracking, and project accountability
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, HR, Projects, and external stakeholders
• Prepare daily/weekly reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Accompany Founder for meetings, travel as needed

Who You Are

• 3–6 years of experience in operations / project coordination / executive support
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English & Hindi)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
• Willing to travel occasionally for business engagements
• Past experience in fast-growing companies or startup-like environments preferred
