Role Summary

This is not a desk job. You’re a doer, a hustler, a connector. From planning high-touch experiences, strategic brand partnerships, and pop-ups to co-creating luxe events and driving footfall through well-executed offline campaigns — you’ll be building Vanilla Miel’s physical brand presence in the city and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Offline Marketing & Brand Building

• Develop and execute high-impact offline campaigns to drive brand visibility and customer engagement

• Identify and activate brand-building opportunities in high-traffic, relevant spaces (hotels, lifestyle locations, art galleries, etc.)

• Ideate and execute brand storytelling across physical touchpoints (in-store, pop-ups, retail placements)

Collaborations & Partnerships

• Identify, negotiate and execute luxury-aligned brand collaborations (across F&B, fashion, art, lifestyle, wellness, etc.)

• Co-create limited edition products, campaigns or experiences with collaborators

• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with tastemakers, influencers, and aligned businesses

Events & Experiences

• Plan and execute end-to-end events including seasonal launches, private tastings, influencer previews, and flagship collaborations

• Curate immersive brand experiences that reflect Vanilla Miel’s values of craftsmanship, indulgence, and storytelling

• Own the P&L, calendar, and post-event analysis of all experiential initiatives

Business Growth & Strategy

• Use data to evaluate performance of all initiatives, optimise future planning, and report growth

• Work closely with the Founders, Brand, and Sales teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging and rollout

• Keep a finger on the pulse of the city — new venues, personalities, cultural moments and opportunities to plug in

Who You Are

• A natural hustler with

  4–7 years

  of experience in marketing, brand collaborations, or event strategy

• Deeply plugged into Mumbai’s cultural landscape and aspirational lifestyle brands

• Excellent at relationship building, vendor negotiation, and cross-functional coordination

• You think in aesthetics, but you deliver in numbers

• Able to work in fast-paced environments and juggle multiple moving pieces

• You bring taste, tact, and tenacity to the table

Bonus if you

• Have prior experience in luxury, F&B, or lifestyle brands

• Come with a strong personal network in Mumbai’s event, hospitality or brand space

• Have a creative eye for design, spatial experiences, or storytelling
