Continuous Improvement of work culture. Ensure Training & Development of employees. Compensation & Benefits Administration. Manpower Planning and recruitment. Ensure proper Induction/Orientation programme of all the employees. Statutory Compliance under various laws & redressal of industrial disputes. Employee counselling and communication. Liaison with Statutory and Government agencies.
