We have the following opening for our client, a Reputed Textile Knitted Garment Manufacturing Group requires for its units in Tirupur Location requires, SR MANAGER - IT SAP (SD/MM/WM) Candidates with 6-8 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA / SAP ECC implementation and support. Candidate is expected to independently/with minimal supervision to: Lead end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA implementation and support projects. Streamline SAP processes and automate year-end, month-end, and quarter-end closing MIS reports. Provide ongoing support for SAP MM, WM, SD and FICO processes, resolving issues and addressing user queries. Participate in testing, problem resolution, and change management activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and process improvements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Basic understanding of and willingness to learn and adopt professional and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Transition Management: Lead the implementation from SAP ECC systems to SAP S/4 Hana, ensuring minimal business disruption. Continuous Improvement: Support and guide team in SAP ECC systems. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align SAP solutions with organizational goals. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of SAP system configurations and processes. User Support: Provide technical support and training to users, addressing any issues or queries. Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Certifications: Relevant SAP Administration certifications are highly desirable. Communication: Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proactivity: Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively and working proactively.
