Management Trainee - Sales & Marketing

Witty Wrap Technologies is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Management Trainee – Sales and Marketing to join our growing EVENTOQ team. This role offers a dynamic learning environment, requiring excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to travel locally while growing into a full-fledged sales and marketing roles.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients and target markets to generate leads
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Engage in discussions with clients to understand their event needs
• Follow up after site visits to resolve queries and ensure client satisfaction
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns to support lead generation

Requirements:

• Any Bachelor’s degree/BE/Diploma; MBA preferred
• Own vehicle for local client visits (mandatory)
• Personal laptop (mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel locally as part of the role
