Position Title: Salon & Beauty Professionals
Location: Sasha Luxe Makeover Studios, Madhapur.
Reports To: Studio Manager / Creative Director
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Sasha Luxe Makeover Studio is a premium makeover studio dedicated to enhancing beauty through expert hair, makeup, skincare, and grooming services. We specialize in personalized transformations for weddings, events, shoots, and daily glam. We’re seeking talented, passionate, and client-focused individuals to join our creative team and deliver high-end beauty experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities:1. Hair Stylists / Hair Artists

• Provide expert haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments tailored to client needs.
• Consult clients for bridal, editorial, or everyday styles.
• Stay updated with current hair trends, tools, and techniques.
• Maintain hygiene and professionalism at all times.

2. Makeup Artists

• Deliver flawless makeup looks for weddings, parties, photoshoots, and events.
• Understand various skin tones and face shapes for personalized applications.
• Maintain hygiene of brushes and tools; follow studio makeup standards.
• Recommend post-makeup skincare and cosmetic products to clients.

3. Beauticians / Estheticians

• Perform facials, skin therapies, waxing, threading, and other skin services.
• Evaluate skin types and recommend treatment plans or home care routines.
• Keep workspace clean and calming; maintain client confidentiality.
• Use professional-grade skincare products and follow hygiene protocols.

4. Nail Technicians / Nail Artists

• Offer manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylic, and nail art services.
• Deliver precise, neat, and long-lasting nail enhancements.
• Maintain a clean, sterilized environment and follow client safety norms.
• Suggest nail care tips and studio-recommended products.

5. Receptionist / Client Coordinator

• Greet clients warmly and manage check-in/out and appointment bookings.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, social media inquiries, and scheduling.
• Promote studio services, packages, and product upsells.
• Manage payment processing and maintain client records professionally.

6. Salon / Studio Assistants

• Support stylists and artists with setup, sanitation, and client care.
• Wash and prep hair; organize tools and maintain hygiene standards.
• Help manage inventory, laundry, and general cleanliness of the studio.
• Assist during shoots, weddings, and group appointments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in salons, beauty studios, or makeover services.
• Relevant certifications in Cosmetology, Hair, Makeup, Nails, or Massage.
• Excellent grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about beauty, trends, and client service.

Preferred Traits:

• Experience with bridal, editorial, or cinematic makeover styling.
• Knowledge of luxury beauty brands and products.
• Comfortable working under pressure (e.g., bridal/event timelines).
