Maintenance Head - Real Estate

As the Maintenance Head at Kedia Real Estate in Jaipur, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all maintenance operations, including preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for the facility, machinery, equipment, and infrastructure. Your role will involve leading a team of technicians to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations in alignment with company standards and compliance requirements. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules, resolving breakdowns timely, supervising the maintenance team, managing maintenance budgets, maintaining records, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating with other departments, conducting inspections and audits, recommending process improvements, leading emergency response planning, and preparing reports for senior management. To excel in this role, you should possess strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and civil maintenance, leadership and team management skills, problem-solving abilities, budgeting expertise, vendor and AMC coordination experience, knowledge of compliance norms, and hands-on experience with CMMS. The qualifications and experience required for this position include a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field, a minimum of 6-7 years of relevant experience in plant/building/facility maintenance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in the hotel industry being a plus. Experience in manufacturing, real estate, or infrastructure sectors is preferred. This is a full-time on-site role that may require availability for emergency maintenance beyond regular working hours.
