Senior Graphic Designer

Job Title: Graphic Designer Location: Jaipur Department: Marketing / Creative Reporting To: Chief Marketing Officer Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, branding, and digital media. You will be responsible for creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate our target audience across various platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media including websites, social media, print, presentations, and packaging. Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions. Develop visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and business goals. Adapt and resize creative assets for various formats and platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Create templates, infographics, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field. Proven graphic designing experience (2-4 years preferred). A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills across different media. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Understanding of visual storytelling, layout principles, and design trends. Basic knowledge of UI/UX and web design principles is a plus. Excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate designs accordingly. Preferred Skills (Optional): Motion graphics and video editing. Experience with branding and identity design. Knowledge of print production and file preparation.
