Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance GPM located in Coimbatore. The Maintenance GPM will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of Subway's equipment and facilities. This includes developing and implementing maintenance strategies, overseeing product development, coordinating with team members, and using analytical skills to monitor and improve operational efficiency. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Trouble shoot of the Equipments and Maintenance
• Vendor follow ups and Management
• Experience in Preventive Maintenance and breakdown trouble shoot
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore and Kerala
• ITI or Diploma ( EEE)
• Experience in the food service industry is a plus
