Ensure high availability and resilience of IT systems and infrastructure, with proactive monitoring, auditing, and backup strategies in place. Manage and optimize infrastructure costs. Security & Compliance Lead the implementation and management of information security processes, policies, and controls in line with legal and regulatory obligations. Conduct regular system and compliance audits, ensuring consistent adherence to security standards and best practices. Collaborate with the Legal department and General Counsel to address risk, privacy, and compliance-related initiatives Lead incident response efforts for security breaches and operational disruptions. Translate technical challenges and opportunities into actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders. Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Develop, implement, and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for IT systems Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of experience in the IT Service Management (ITSM) domain, encompassing both operational IT support and information security practices. At least 3 years of direct management experience. Proven experience in managing and scaling IT support functions, help desk operations, and user support workflows. Demonstrated experience leading information security initiatives, including risk assessment, security awareness, and policy enforcement. Demonstrated experience driving an IT change through an Organisation Technical & Domain Expertise IT Support & Infrastructure Deep understanding of desktop support for Windows, Linux, and macOS environments. Hands-on experience with Active Directory, group policies, patch management, and backup strategies.
