Job Title: Technical Sales Support Executive
About Role: Perform troubleshooting remotely by inbound calls related to printers, router, windows, macOS to our USA & Canadian customers & convert into sales.
Requirements:
*2 - 7 yrs technical sales support experience*Must have experience in taking technical international calls*Hands on remote access tools eg. anydesk, TeamViewer*Capable of meeting monthly sales target
Fixed Night Shift 9pm-6am including 1 hour break
Only Work from officeSat & Sun offFixed Salary + incentives ( monthly)
