Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development of the Enterprise Stress Testing and Scenario Analytics product. - Develop a solution roadmap aligned with market expectations. - Create product blueprints outlining functional requirements and technical designs for stress testing, including expected outcomes and timelines. - Specify requirements for Asset Liability Management, balance sheet forecasting, liquidity risk management, ICAAP, and ILAAP. - Build machine learning models for risk management and forecasting purposes. - Communicate requirements clearly to the development and quality teams, ensuring a shared understanding of expected outcomes and timelines. - Collaborate with design and engineering teams to implement product features following a user-centric approach and agile methodology. - Conduct thorough product and user experience research to enhance product-market fit. - Design innovative solutions for challenges faced by financial institutions in stress testing, scenario analytics, and climate change analytics. - Develop and maintain product marketing materials. - Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams to devise a marketing strategy. - Train internal stakeholders, channel partners, and consulting partners on the product. - Provide demonstrations of the solution to prospects and existing customers, supporting consulting partners in successful product implementation. - Ensure product success through new customer acquisitions, revenue growth, and enhanced product ROI.
