With the above growth plan in the offing, the organization in turn requires a careful and detailed long-term plan. Major Challenges:- A. Keeping pace with external fluctuations: The ever changing economic environment , both domestic and international, fast changing demand and supply dynamics, new domestic land laws, infrastructure constraints, poses a major challenge in consistently devising, identifying and implementing the best plan, without diluting the overall essence of the strategy.
