SaT - VC - Assistant Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team, with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A, operational due diligence, and value creation methodologies. ### Roles and Responsibility Lead the execution of complex value creation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timely delivery of results. Conduct thorough operational assessments to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable solutions that drive value. Support clients in implementing transformation strategies that enhance operational performance and achieve cost savings. Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, providing expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on project execution and fostering a collaborative team environment. Assist in business development activities by preparing presentations and participating in client meetings to showcase our value proposition. ### Job Requirements Postgraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, engineering, or a related field from a reputable institution. 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles focused on operational assessment, transformation, or value creation projects. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis tools is advantageous. Strong understanding of the M&A lifecycle, including post-merger integration and carve-out strategies. Excellent analytical abilities with experience in financial modeling and operational analysis linked to P&L impacts. Proven problem-solving skills with a track record of developing innovative solutions to complex challenges. Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences. Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
