Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team in the Transfer Pricing domain. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in M&A taxation matters and working knowledge of SEBI, FEMA, and stamp duty laws. ### Roles and Responsibility Demonstrate technical competence in transfer pricing and related capabilities. Take a practical/business-driven approach to solving complex client challenges. Support and lead engagement activities from planning through implementation. Identify and manage potential issues and risks during client assignments. Lead follow-on engagement opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent client service. ### Job Requirements Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in M&A taxation matters. Strong knowledge of transfer pricing principles and practices. Experience in tax and regulatory support for global mobility. Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders. Practical problem-solving skills and ability to deliver insightful solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
