Senior Consultant-TAX-FS-TAX-GCR-Global Compliance Reporting -

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in M&A taxation matters and working knowledge of SEBI, FEMA, and stamp duty laws. ### Roles and Responsibility Implement support for clients on GST projects, including undertaking GST impact analysis and managing compliances under GST. Execute assigned engagements, such as analyzing and interpreting provisions under the Central Excise Act & Rules, Customs Act & Rules, Cenvat Credit Rules, Service Tax Statute, and VAT provisions. Coordinate with departments for obtaining approvals and registrations. Provide services across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Solve complex problems with a practical approach and deliver insightful solutions. Collaborate with market-leading entrepreneurs, game-changers, disruptors, and visionaries. ### Job Requirements Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or MBA from a reputed institute. Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in transaction tax-related laws. Good command over MS Excel, including formulas and computations. Ability to work collaboratively to provide services across multiple client departments. Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver insightful solutions.
