Qualifications: 4+ years of B2B sales experience selling SaaS platforms, loyalty solutions, or incentive automation solutions to Indian companies. Proven track record of engaging senior stakeholders (CMOs, Sales Heads, Channel Heads) and achieving sales targets. Strong understanding of sales incentive automation, including automated calculations, data transparency, and role-based access. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical and business value propositions. Ability to work independently with a hands-on approach to lead generation and deal closure. Strategic thinker with strong market analysis and solution-tailoring skills.
