Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
Achieve assigned sales targets through leads provided by the branch, call centers, or self-generated sources.
Meet prospective customers within assigned geographies to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Provide both pre-sales and post-sales support to customers, including assistance with claim settlements.
Meet product mix targets in alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
Focus on quality business generation and ensure policy renewals (persistency).
Maintain a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets through customer interactions.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Graduate in any discipline. Undergraduates may be considered with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
Experience: Minimum 6 to 12+ months of sales experience in life insurance or BFSI .
Age: Between 21 and 38 years.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting sales targets.
