* Find and arrange vehicles for daily dispatches.
* Coordinate with transport vendors for vehicle placement.
* Negotiate transport rates and maintain vendor database.
* Track vehicle movement and share delivery updates.
* Prepare invoices, LR, e-way bills, and dispatch documents.
* Maintain records of inward and outward stock.
* Coordinate with warehouse and sales team for dispatch planning.
* Handle dispatch-related queries from customers.
* Ensure POD (Proof of Delivery) collection and filing.
* Update logistics data in system or Excel sheet.
* Monitor logistics cost and work on cost optimization.
