Location Scheduling Specialist I

As a Location Scheduling Specialist I, you will be part of the scheduling specialist job family, requiring supervision and mentoring. Your main responsibility will be to maximize field consultant's time with clients, develop trusting relationships with field staff and operations management. Managing the timeliness of assigned orders and coordinating production schedules for field staff will be key tasks. You will provide exceptional customer service, establish efficient schedules, and interact with clients daily to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Under training and mentoring, you will organize and schedule field engineering visits, communicate with clients, prepare visit agendas, and resolve site visit problems. Building strong partnerships with external and internal clients is essential for success in this role. To excel in this position, you should have 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience, customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills are crucial. Fluency in English is a must, and additional language skills such as French, Spanish, German, or Portuguese are advantageous. An educational background equivalent to a 4-year college degree is preferred, although a combination of education and work experience will be considered.
