Job Summary

As a Link Building Expert at Nico Digital, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective link-building strategies to improve our clients’ search engine rankings and domain authority. You will identify outreach opportunities, build relationships with webmasters, and secure high-quality backlinks from authoritative sources.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement white-hat link-building strategies to improve SEO performance.
• Conduct competitor backlink analysis and identify high-value link opportunities.
• Perform outreach campaigns via email, social media, and other channels to secure backlinks.
• Build relationships with bloggers, journalists, and industry influencers for guest posting and collaborations.
• Create and manage linkable assets (infographics, guides, tools) to attract organic backlinks.
• Monitor and report on link acquisition progress using tools like Ahrefs, Moz, or SEMrush.
• Ensure compliance with Google’s Webmaster Guidelines to avoid penalties.
• Collaborate with content and SEO teams to align link-building with overall marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in link building (agency experience preferred).
• Proven track record of acquiring high-DA backlinks from relevant sources.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Majestic, Moz).
• Strong outreach and negotiation skills (experience with platforms like Hunter.io, Pitchbox).
• Knowledge of digital PR, guest posting, and broken link building.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for maximum impact.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with niche edits, HARO, and skyscraper techniques.
• Familiarity with content marketing and on-page SEO.
• Understanding of Google’s E-E-A-T guidelines.
