Liasoning Officer

Act as a bridge between the company and local/state/central government departments. Conduct regular field visits to government offices, regulatory bodies, and public institutions. Facilitate documentation and follow-ups for government approvals, licenses, renewals, and NOCs. Maintain updated knowledge of government rules, regulations, and procedures relevant to the company’s operations. Represent the company during inspections, hearings, and official meetings. Draft and submit official letters, reports, and compliance documentation. Track and report status of applications, permissions, or any pending matters with government departments. Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with key government officials and department representatives. Assist in handling legal notices, statutory queries, or RTIs (Right to Information) when needed. Support internal teams (legal, HR, operations, etc.) with government-related procedures. Maintain logs of visits, submissions, and follow-up actions.
