Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Manager located in Noida. The Legal Manager will be responsible for overseeing legal affairs, preparing legal documents, legal audits, providing legal title reports, legal search reports and ensuring legal compliance. The role includes conducting legal audits, due diligence, and managing loan docket auditing. The Legal Manager will collaborate closely with other departments to provide legal insights and support. The candidate should be adaptable and capable of handling various legal functions efficiently.

• Experience in Legal Compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Having experience in business legal, title search and legal conpliance
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience in conducting legal audits and due diligence is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; advanced legal qualifications are a plus
